'Stirred up' by the culture of a new or an adjusted environment? It could very well be someone's protective response to our actions or non-actions. Yep, ours! Sometimes, the "vapors" that we inhale are polluted with our own toxic emissions, stemming from a pot that we've intentionally stirred. A decision to stop "stirring the pot" may spark self-evaluation--lifting the spoon from the sauce to see a reflective mirror. Maybe then, we can use that spoon for love, patience, empathy, gratitude, growth, peace, and of course, prayer.
