Hmm... Should it be necessary to t-e-a-c-h someone to love you? The "L" word, love, is an innate emotion, representing the essence of who God is. In that, love is felt and shown, not stored up---for safekeeping; convenience; protective barriers; or safety nets in fear of revealing your softer or vulnerable side. Love someone? Then, show them. They can certainly help you with the "how"--- that which makes them feel loved, appreciated, and supported, but the feeling; the emotion should be static. Experiencing love, revealing love, actions of love, the authentic display of love---- all are representative of reverence...jmo 😘
