Reminder ~ “Temple Time” Challenge

Give one or more or all of the challenges listed below a try—all in discipline, faith, and focus in taking better care of our bodies, God’s temple. “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?” ~ 1 Corinthians 3:19 (NKJV)

Since my sister, Sandra, kicked off sharing her Meatless Monday meals so well, leading the way, here’s mine: My Meatless Monday started with a protein cereal bar and water for breakfast, a banana for snack, veggie plate for lunch, then some yummy Vanilla and Almond cereal with bananas and strawberries for dinner. Ended the evening with a cup of hot green decaf tea! No gym, but got in exercise! It’s Turn-The Bread-Down Tuesday! Let’s get it! 😊👍🏽

    I made it through Meatless Monday & truly enjoyed my fruit & yogurt for breakfast, my cheese & crackers with an apple for lunch… and my delicious veggie plate for dinner!!! Even made it to the gym !!
